I have a metropolitan goal card which I received a few years ago. I deposited R500 into that account but was never notified that this card was made redundant for whatever reason. I would like to get my money back, please tell me what I have to do. Many thanks, Sherry

If you don’t get any joy from dealing with Metropolitan directly, you could also take up the issue with the relevant Ombud. In your case it could be either the Banking Adjudicator (www.oba.org.za) or the Ombud for Financial Services Providers (www.faisombud.co.za). Good luck!
